Born and raised in Prince George, Natasha went to California to play Div 1 basketball at San Jose State University. After receiving her Bachelors in Applied Science, she pursued her Master's of Physiotherapy at Sacramento State University where she graduated top of her class. Upon graduation, Natasha worked in the acute hospital setting for several years before returning to her hometown where she has been working in the private care setting for the past 14 years.
Natasha aims to connect with her patients and work with them to design a rehabilitation program that addresses their individual needs and preferences. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling through Evidence in Motion and has complete further training in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.
Clinical practice areas include WCB and ICBC, Post-surgical rehabilitation, Sports injuries, Chronic Musculoskeletal issues, Ergonomic Work Assessments, Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation and Functional Dry Needling to address muscle imbalances and mobility issues.
Outside of work, you can find Natasha spending time with her family and dogs or on the sidelines of the basketball courts and hockey rinks where she is likely knitting.
Diane has always been interested in the human body and achieved her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Health Physiology at the University of Calgary in 2003. Feeling the need for a deeper understanding of movement and rehabilitation, Diane went on to complete her Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.
Since graduating in 2007, Diane has worked in orthopaedic private practice and has gained a wealth of experience in this area. Diane is passionate about connecting with her patients and working with them to address not only their pain, but also the root causes, thus preventing further issues in the future. She loves helping people to achieve their goals big or small - be it running a marathon, returning to work after an injury, or simply walking the block with the grandkids without pain.
Outside of work, Diane and her husband have a busy family with 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats. They enjoy spending their downtime outdoors - cross-country skiing, mountain biking, running, hiking, dog walking and gardening.
